We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the best use of our schedule. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee equal to 25% of the service cost will apply. This helps us to compensate our stylists for their time. In the event that a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged. This fee must be settled before any future appointments can be made. Repeat no-shows may result in the requirement for a deposit for future appointments.
